Time to move a room! What started out as a games room turned into a gorgeous luxury kitchen. 9′ ceilings allowed for double uppers, box and crown to the ceiling. Some of the gadgets are a pot filler, dove-tailed drawers (full extension drawers meaning they come out a full 22″), spice drawers, garbage pull out, recycling pull out, pull out lazy Susans, under-cabinet lighting, new pot lights, a beverage centre.

Counter is a leathered Blue Ocean granite (leathered means it has a texture to it). Cabinets are a Manhattan shaker Pearl Selica uppers (the grey) and a midnight supermatte for the island. Then a jade colour backsplash.

This was a big project: building a back wall for the plumbing and wiring, moving an opening in another wall: total time…6 weeks plus painting.
