St Croix Basement Conversion
For this home on St Croix in Oakridge, they had an existing laundry in the basement that they wanted converted into a laundry room and 3-piece bathroom. There were many needs: plenty of storage, shower, vanity, toilet, more storage, incorporating 2 doors, plus space for a wardrobe.

Original layout. They were bursting at the seams because of the poor layout. There were closets and cabinets, but they featured wasted space.
